	INFORMATION REGARDING DISCOUNT AND DISTRIBUTOR PRICING (Please note: Our Wholesale login option is not yet active.) DISCOUNT PRICING Discount pricing is based on amount purchased per order. It is not necessary to have a Wholesale account to receive a Quantity Discount. Dicro Slide™, Dichroic glass, In Chamber Patterns, Etched Patterns and other items on the website can be combined for quantity. The discount percentages shown below are for Dicro Slide™ only, discounts for other items are similar, are per item and are calculated at time of purchase on qualifying orders. $500.00 to $999.99: 10% discount on Dicro Slide™ $1000.00 to $1,499.99: 20% discount on Dicro Slide™. $1,500 or more: 35% discount on Dicro Slide™. WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS Wholesale pricing is available to retail sellers of art glass supplies and working glass professionals who meet order and quantity criteria. Wholesale pricing is offered on Dicro Slide™, dichroic glass products and all other items on the website. Wholesale Accounts require an initial order of $250.00, placing 3 orders within the first 4 months of Account approval AND purchases of $1500.00 per year. Account applicants who do not meet these requirements will not qualify for continued Wholesale pricing. Pricing information is provided to Wholesale customers at time of account approval. To apply for a Wholesale Account please provide all of the listed information: 1. Current email address 2. Resale number or business tax ID 3. Business name and name of contact person authorized to place orders. 4. Telephone and fax numbers 5. Shipping address. 6. Billing address. 7. 2 items providing proof of doing business. Examples include: your business license; the URL for a website promoting your work, studio or store; a copy of your Yellow Pages ad; a copy of your business telephone bill, a printed business card, a copy of receipt from another glass wholesaler. 8. Valid credit card for purchases. Please note: credit terms may be available for established customers. All products shown on the website are available for Wholesale purchase. Pricing is available once application has been approved. Please Note: 1. Wholesale Customers who purchase in greater quantity and wish to qualify for Distributor pricing must place orders of $2,500.00 each and order a minimum of $25,000.00 per year. 2. Customers with established credit terms who make payments after due date may be changed to credit card only, status, and may no longer qualify for any discounts. 3. Fees charged to customers by the bank or credit card company used for payment to GlassHopper Patterns are the responsibility of the customer and may not be deducted from the Balance Due on any GlassHopper Patterns invoice. 4. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to customers who do not make payments in full and in a timely manner or who do not meet the stated requirements.
